1.0...Classify organisms into the currently recognized kingdoms according to characteristics that they share. Befamiliar with organisms from each kingdom.

Kingdom Monera (bacteria)
Bacteria are classified by shape: round, spiral, and rod
Bacteria have no nucleus (prokaryotic). The DNA is in the cytoplasm.
Bacteria are one celled (unicellular).
Bacteria: some can move.
Some bacteria are producers (photosynthesis) and some are consumers
Bateria are found in the air, water, and soil.
Most bacteria is helpful and necessary for life on the planet.
Some bacteria is harmful. They give bacteria a bad name.

Protists are classified by how they move: pseudopods, cilia, or flagella.
Protists have a nucleus (eukaryotic).
Protists are one celled (unicellular) and many cells (multicellular).
Protist move and some do not move.
Protists are producers (photosynthesis) and consumers (eaters).

Fungi cells have a nucleus (eukaryotic)
